Energy Solutions Arena, this was one alot of people thought was the conference center.

The State Capitol, this another one that was mistaken for the conference center.

Tagged

My cousin Amy tagged me. It's a bunch of questions about my marriage, hopefully I can get these all right.

WHAT'S HIS/HER NAME? Lariann
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN MARRIED? 5 years in May
HOW LONG DID YOU DATE? We dated three months before we got engaged, but we'd known each other about a year before we dated. She actually dated two of my friends prior to me.
WHO SAID "I LOVE YOU" FIRST? I did!
WHO SINGS BETTER? We're both equally mediocre.
WHO'S SMARTER? Tough to say. I have two college degrees she has one lets just leave it at that.
WHO PAYS THE BILLS? I do.
WHO SLEEPS ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE BED? I do.
WHO MOWS THE LAWN? Our landlord does.
WHO COOKS DINNER? We both do.
WHO DRIVES? Me.
WHO'S MORE STUBBORN? Me, by far.
WHO KISSED WHO FIRST? She kissed me. The night she kissed me she spent the first part of our date talking about how things are going to fast. So I wasn't expecting it at all.
WHO ASKED WHO OUT FIRST? Me!
WHO PROPOSED? I did.
WHO HAS MORE SIBLINGS? Lariann does.
WHO WEARS THE PANTS? Of course it's me.

I've tagged Dave Barton & John Evans can't wait to see your answers.

Daddys Girl

Lucy is a major "Daddy's Girl". I'm not complaining I think its adorable, though it does make her Mom a little jealous. She cries when I leave, she cries when I don't pick her up & she follows me around the house. I offer some photographic proof of this.

Here she is right after I've left. Followed me to the front door and then banged on the door.

Here Lucy actually fell asleep in front of the door waiting for me to come home one night. She had her coats in hand trying to come with me.

Lucy also likes to curl up on my shoulder and give me some "loves" as we call it. And I love it when she does.

She will follow me to a room and if close the door and don't let her in she will sit outside the door. She usually starts by banging on the door, then talking gibberish to the door, then yelling at the door and finally she just starts crying.

She likes when I give her baths. She stands up at the tub and yells and screams for joy to see the water filling up.

Most the time though she just wants to be held by Daddy.

Brain Tumor Update

Lariann had another MRI and a Doctors appointment last week. We got some really good news. Dr Choucair said that the tumor had continued to shrink and he recommended she continue with her chemotherapy for three more months and they will evaluate again then. So the idea seems to be if the chemotherapy is working then lets keep using it.
As far as those pesky cyts are concerned. Dr. Choucair went up to University Hospital and looked through some of her older MRI's. He determined that the cysts had always been there and weren't getting much bigger. So he wasn't to worried about them any more.

Wyomings Not So Wildlife

We went to Wyoming last weekend to visit family. We thought we would see how Lucy did with the animals at the ranch.

Unfortunatly the horses and cows were uninterested with her

However Bean the dog was a favorite of hers. She would follow him around. Pet him, and by that she would swat at him. She tried climbing on him, and even giving him a hug. Bean was a real good sport to put up with all of it.

Salt Lake Search II

Here's my second edition of Salt Lake Search. It's been a busy week for us on the ambulance so we only had time for one stop. If you think you know where I am leave a comment.

Well maybey that first one was to easy. For those of you who don't read the comments here are the answers.

The first one was Franklin Covey Field. Everybody seemed to know that one.

The second was City Creek Park. This one was a little harder, alot of people mistook it for Brigham Young park witch accross the street to the south, or they just didn't know the name but could describe where it is.
